Tasks to perform
  • Greet customers
  • Present and sell the hotel’s different services and packages
  • Proceed to register customers upon their arrival
  • Comply with Holiday Inn Express service standards and company policies
  • Ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction for our customers
  • Answer customer questions and needs
  • Ensure follow-up of customer service

Requirements

Be welcoming, outgoing, responsible, easy to communicate with the public, smiling, interpersonal skills, orientation towards customer service, bilingualism (French, English and Spanish), careful presentation, autonomous, responsible, dynamic with a sense of organization, honest, patient with a developed team spirit.

Minimum prior experience of one (1) year in a hotel chain, knowledge of the OPERA system an asset, must be available on weekends, approximately 16 hours. (possibility of more hours during Christmas holidays and summer.
